A new boutique charity shop for Norwich opens today, which will offer a carefully curated mix of pre-loved designer labels, vintage finds and premium high street brands, from today – and every purchase will help raise fund to enhance care and support for patients and families at Priscilla Bacon Lodge. The aim is to give local people the chance to shop stylishly, save money and support hospice care at the same time – offering the best of both worlds under one roof.

The boutique will bring a fresh shopping experience to Norwich city centre, with regularly refreshed collections across women’s and men’s fashion, accessories and footwear.

The boutique will also champion more sustainable shopping habits by keeping quality clothing in use for longer. By choosing pre-loved items, shoppers can reduce waste and help cut the environmental impact linked to fast fashion and textile disposal.

This shop will have two floors, with the entire ground floor offering the boutique experience and great-value everyday charity shop favourites available on the first floor.

Fearn Hambling, Chief Executive at Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity, said: “Opening our new boutique on Timberhill is a really exciting step. It allows us to offer something a little different on the high street while raising essential funds to enhance end of life care and bereavement support for local people. Every item bought helps make a difference for patients and their loved ones.”

Jordan Codling, Head of Retail, added: “Our boutique is all about hidden gems – from designer pieces to quality fabrics and standout items you won’t find elsewhere. We’d love people to come in, have a browse, and enjoy the feel-good factor of shopping sustainably for a cause that matters to Norfolk.”

Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity is also encouraging supporters to donate good-quality, clean and saleable clothing and accessories, to help stock the boutique and prevent items from going to landfill. Donors may also be able to sign up to the Charity’s Gift Aid scheme, helping to raise even more for hospice care at no extra cost.

Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity Boutique, 35 Timberhill, Norwich, NR1 3LA opens today, January 30, 2026. Opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9am-4.30pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.
