Help a Medieval squire to sort out the weapons and armour for his knightDecipher runes for an Anglo-Saxon jeweller and make your own Anglo-Saxon brooch
Help some Romans figure out how to keep their citizens happy
Identify the emotions of animals with a Victorian naturalist

During the holidays, you can meet our costumed characters between 10am and 3pm on:
Tuesday 8, 15 and 22 April, Wednesday 9 and 16 April, Thursday 10 and 17 April, Saturday 12 April

If you can’t make it on those days, there’s still plenty to do on other days! Drop in to Norwich Castle to enjoy self-led craft, building and trail activities inspired by our Roman, Anglo-Saxon, Medieval and Natural History collections.

Self-led activities are available 10am–5pm on:
Monday 7, 14 and 21 April, Friday 11 and 18 April, Saturday 5 and 19 April, Sunday 6, 13 and 20 April
Activities are suitable for all ages and are included in general admission.
