Sandbox Studios artists collective opens its doors for the first time and invites art buyers to a
festive art sale this Friday 15th December from 4.30pm. Art collectors and enthusiasts are
invited to visit the studio, meet the artists and browse the work of the residents. Buyers looking
for exclusive access before the red dots appear are encouraged to book a personalised viewing
of the exhibition during one of two time slots 4.30-6pm or 7-9pm. If you would like to book a
personalised shopping experience where you will be given a guided tour of the studios from

illustrator and painter Omar O’Connor.
During the exhibition, Artist Hannah Aria also will be offering ‘pay as you feel able’ on selected
pieces of original artwork at this one off event.
Sandbox Studios is an artist-run studio complex in the centre of Ipswich established by Jon Field
and recently launched as an artists collective. It provides a unique venue in the town for the
creation, exhibition and celebration of contemporary arts. A place where artists can create
work, share ideas and support each other in the growing artistic and cultural landscape in town.
Located in central Ipswich at 8a Queen Street (Above Observatory Opticians) the studios offer
