Inclusive Dance and Accessible Arts – A Celebration Day – The Forum, Norwich

No Limits Norfolk, is an Inclusive Dance and Accessible Arts company for individuals of all ages with complex additional needs and SEND. Their classes are accessible and inclusive for everyone to shine in the spotlight. They support all abilities from sensory impairments, mobility aid users and all physical and learning abilities. Their aim is to encourage a happy, safe environment for everyone to achieve success and thrive on their own individuality.

They have up to 300 members across Norfolk who attend community classes in the evenings and weekends, plus they provide inclusive workshops on a regular basis within schools, organisations and care homes. The classes range from Inclusive Dance, British Sign Language Choir, Sensory Dance and Independent Movers.

No Limits Norfolk welcome current members who will perform their dance routines, sign language performances, solo and free style pieces. The public and future members to welcome to join in and watch members perform and shine in an accessible environment.

Everyone is welcome, all abilities can get involved and have free use of dance equipment! Family and friends welcome too.
