Enjoy Community Art making and Yoga movement inspired by the beautiful Carrow House Grade II-listed Victorian building. The former historic family home of the Colman family and today a vibrant, multi-purpose community, arts, and wedding venue. As part of Heritage Open Days; Carrow House is opening its doors for FREE to all on Sunday 13th September 2-3:30pm. Getting out our pens, paintbrushes and tools with the back to school buzz to and enjoying a ‘back to you’ self care afternoon, learning new skills and embedding healthy happy routines altogether! Complementary drinks and snacks in the exquisite Orangery Conservatory and Rose Garden

@yogawithlucya will be offering a fun, creative Vinyasa flow for all, connecting movement with the breath to ignite our inner creative fire with elements of Ayurveda to aid in balancing the body safely for deep relaxation and harmony.

@RachelDuffieldArt will be offering a taster into her transformative art-making for wellbeing and personal growth. Inspiring us that art is good for you and art is for everyone. You will build confidence, banish doubt and transform into the artist you know you can be! Now, for a limited time, you can explore the house for yourself on this mindfully guided tour! It’s a captivating blend of history, mystery, and rediscovery you won’t want to miss.
